I selected this vendor based on a high recommendation from Wix to update my current website and improve my online presence. The project involved making enhancements to my existing Wix website to attract more traffic and potential customers.

The vendor has been professional and helpful throughout the project, showing flexibility in managing my account and keeping me updated on the progress. I am looking forward to seeing the results.

One area for improvement is the lack of an account system for customers. The process of closing accounts via email is not ideal, and I would prefer a dedicated account portal for managing relationships and billing.

Their simplified explanation of necessary SEO aspects made it accessible for someone like me with no prior experience.

One area for improvement could be a more thorough approach to on-site SEO. They did not match the level of expertise with which they performed SEO on new pages to the existing ones. However, I was able to adjust and unify the SEO myself based on their work.
