Project Description

OUR TASKProvide a design proposal for a chat icon that includes personalization, the look of the chat - virtual assistant, including the name and gender (male/female). Since the chatbot will offer help to the user who comes to the site, it is necessary for its character to be sympathetic, specific, and invoke positive feelings.This is the process of chatbot creation and its implementation into the mts.rsSOLUTIONSNamePractice has shown that it is best to have a female chatbot with a character and a name that sparks off positive associationsVisual solutionsMila is a young and nice girl. She has a pleasant modern look with a discreet detail of jewelry that has a traditional motif/pattern.It is stylized in the manner of a reduced illustration and shown in red tones, relying on the basic mts color.Implementations on the websiteThe chatbot answers users’ questions via text, images, links and/or offers the user an answer in the form of CTA buttons.https://mts.rs/Privatni/Korisnicka-zona/Vesti/mts-interaktivni-licni-asistentBoth mts and WMA teams have implemented insightful data, analyzed various practices, considered customs and  traditions, all in accordance with the aim of creating the ideal chatbot – MILA.
