404 Errors
When it comes to the Internet, there are some connection errors that end users cannot control - like 404 errors. In this shot, we see a part of the Investio homepage, where one of the sections failed to load.LikeFolio is a platform that provides investors, analysts, marketers, and competitors, with a competitive advantage by uncovering trends and consumer behaviour through social media scanning. This section in particular, The Weekly Pickup, acts as an entryway to one of their most popular features - the Patterns page. So the structure of the message is simple and straightforward: if I have no control over this, what now? We explain what the error is, reassure we’re working on fixing it, but in the meantime, here’s a giant button directing you to explore the Patterns page.We leverage the fact the user is lost (even if just momentarily) to steer them where we want them to go. Of course, they are free to navigate elsewhere, but they don’t feel the app has left them high and dry.This design can be effortlessly plugged into any connection or 404 error scenario, to make sure users are always left smiling 🙂

Alphaletz is a self-proclaimed “Property Management System” designed for landlords to keep track of all of their tenant’s data 🏘️.The client had some pain points regarding proper use of white space as well as intuitive arrangement and grouping of elements.
CRM SaaS Dashboard
We re-designed this Dashboard for Text in Church ⛪, a SaaS client we worked with. In classic Dashboard fashion, we tried to show all the relevant data from the various features offered in the most visually-appealing yet intuitive and easy-to-scan manner.
Dashboard Onboarding for SaaS CRM
Here is a redesign for AllCients CRM product dashboard.New users are presented with onboarding steps and a progress indicator. We also included a welcome video 📹 and tutorial to showcase product features and value. AllClients has a highly customisable product. We designed the dashboard so that users can select from a range of widgets to display, based on their requirements. Each widget is re-positionable and comes with it editable settings. The onboarding experience I designed includes an intuitive user flow for selecting suitable widgets ensuring the dashboard presents information most relevant to the users needs.

Project Description
I connected with UserActive through the CEO and was impressed by their culture fit and values alignment. They provided UX design services for our gaming company’s next-gen engagement platform, the Community Portal, which has multiple complex functionalities and is designed for a seamless user experience.
Pros
