He wanted to improve his service by providing customers with convenient tools to select and create products. He approached us with the task of creating a 3D configurator that would allow customers to design their own promotional products. At the time, all the work was done manually by designers using 2D visualisations, which increased staff workload and kept customers waiting. We created a configurator where the customer by themselves could choose colours and overlay images onto the products. We then worked with the client’s IT team to integrate the solution into their existing website. He asked us to create a website section that users could use as an accessible guide covering all the features of their products. In 1.5 months, we created an interactive section where users see greenhouses, solar panels and other structures. When they hover over a specific element, they can examine it closely and read information about its purpose. In fact, we developed a website section that fully answers the questions of potential buyers and investors, significantly reducing the costs of the sales department and improving the company’s image.An interesting feature was the introduction of a day/night light switching function. This is why our client wanted to allow buyers to decide what the right jewellery would be.He came up with an idea: to create a solution that would allow real-time selection of gemstone and metal types for products directly in the online store. This would make it possible for anyone to order a piece of jewellery according to their own taste and budget, without the help of a manager.We designed, developed and integrated a user-friendly configurator into the client’s existing website. Now, when customers visit the site, they can see not only the basic options, but also create a unique piece of jewellery and view it from all sides in 3D.It’s important to note that the buyer can immediately see how the final price changes as the product is modified and added to.
