Square63 was responsible for building a custom web application from scratch using a combination of technologies such as Angler, JavaScript, HTML, and Ruby on Rails, which is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services. They not only developed the code and set up the infrastructure but also continue to maintain and enhance the application post-launch. The backend manages queries while the frontend features a dashboard with various graphs and statistics, allowing for customized displays and queries.

The web app is highly functional and reliable. Square63’s responsiveness and willingness to address any issues, even after delivery, are commendable. Their reliability in responding to queries and server issues is a great asset. They effectively maintain and develop the software, ensuring its smooth operation.

There have been some miscommunications at times, leading to issues. Clear and explicit product descriptions and specifications are important to avoid any misunderstandings. However, Square63 is helpful in addressing and resolving any misunderstandings that may arise.

I partnered with Square63 to overhaul our e-commerce website, focusing on creating a custom WordPress theme to support unique functionalities for our online store. They also developed a cloud application to store customer order data for product personalization, along with API design and integration with third-party services.
