I was introduced to Smack Bang Designs through a referral and decided to work with them on developing branding materials such as copywriting, logo design, and style guide. Additionally, they were tasked with designing packaging and website elements. Our primary mode of communication was through virtual meetings and email exchanges.

Smack Bang Designs failed to meet our requirements and deliverables within the requested timelines. The quality of their work was subpar, leading to a strained relationship and eventual termination of our partnership. We sought external help but ultimately had to sever ties.

They provided comprehensive rebranding services, starting with creating a brand bible to understand our values and business essence. They revamped our logos, selected new fonts and color schemes, and updated our copy to reflect our new brand personality. They also redesigned our website, prepared designs for our developers, and created marketing collateral including 7-inch vinyl giveaways.

Their attentive project management style and attention to detail resulted in significant improvements in our brand consistency. The rebranding effort led to increased web and social media activity, as well as a boost in revenue.
