I came across Rudo Studio online and was impressed by the superior designs in their portfolio. We worked together to design the website in concept sketch, wireframe, and Wordpress. The goal was to create a website that embodies the essence of data, AI, climate science, and agriculture. I directly collaborated with one team member, while others from their team provided support.

Very accommodating, flexible, and professional. The team knew when to take the lead and when to ask clarifying questions. The website met and exceeded all of our expectations.

No areas for improvement or things they could have done differently.

I chose Rudo Studio after searching for a suitable online partner and starting with a trial project. My main focus was on achieving high quality work at a reasonable cost, even if it meant extending deadlines slightly. I firmly believe in the importance of balancing speed, quality, and price in any project. The scope of work included creating new website pages and improving the UI/UX of our mobile site. This encompassed changes to website navigation, mobile responsiveness, CTA placement, and overall user experience. We utilize a custom Wordpress backend and various integrated marketing technologies on our site. Key deliverables included page and UI/UX design, as well as all coding requirements for project completion. I worked directly with Mike, the project Liason/Manager, who collaborated with his design team based on our discussions.

Rudo Studio delivered exceptional services across various projects, demonstrating versatility and maintaining constant communication. They have become a valuable asset to our company, consistently producing high-quality work at a fraction of the cost compared to other design partners. Their project management style, including setting up a slack channel for communication and regular calls, ensured we stayed fully synchronized throughout the process.

While the project was completed slightly past the agreed-upon timeline, the quality of work delivered by Rudo Studio was outstanding. I would have preferred more consistent and timely communication during the project, considering their busy schedule with new clients and COVID re-openings. However, this was understandable given the circumstances.

Rudo Studio has completely transformed our online presence by creating a state-of-the-art WordPress website from scratch. They have brought our vision to life with a modern aesthetic and seamless functionalities, expertly integrating the backend CMS. After the coding phase, they seamlessly transitioned into content population and continue to provide top-notch maintenance and bug fixes. We have been thoroughly impressed with their comprehensive approach to development and design.

I discovered Rudo Studio through an online search and chose them over others due to their high ratings and fitting pricing. They assigned 1 employee to redesign our outdated website and create a new one on HubSpot, linking it with our CRM. They successfully transferred materials from the old platform to the new one.
