ABC Liqour Permitting | Exclusive Events | Bud & Burger ExperienceWhen Budweiser wanted to develop a unique experience to augment its Bud & Burgers campaign, RMNG stepped in to help. The goal was to create a fully-functional gastropub on wheels. We achieved just that with an experiential Budweiser truck complete with an attached airstream lounge trailer. The branded beer tap made this the nation’s first food truck with an on-board draft beer system. RMNG teamed up with Bumble to bring complimentary food and fun to the UCLA campus while promoting their app to students on and off campus. We handed out hundreds of macarons custom-printed with sorority letters for a surprise delivery on Greek Row with influencers, David Dobrick and Jeff Wittek. A branded Bumble Bee-wagon was on-site and challenged students to get the highest number of matches in a single ride, downloading the app upon entering the vehicle.
National Tour | 128 Activations | 187k pizzas sampledCaulipower was ready to embark on their second annual summer tour to give free pizza to citizens across America. RMNG created a national marketing tour that hit the West Coast and the East Coast simultaneously, creating an experience that the entire country shared. Caulipower and RMNG launched three experiential vehicles outfitted with branded vinyl and fabricated marquee letters spelling out “Free Pizza”. The trucks traveled the country and served Caulipower’s Margherita Pizza, Three Cheese Pizza, and Veggie Pizza at 128 activations nationwide, distributing over 187,000 pizza samples in total.Caulipower appeared at both high impact and hyperlocal activations, popping up everywhere from Chicago’s Pokemon Go Fest to local farmer’s markets. I selected RMNG through word-of-mouth recommendation from Kim McNab. They were very detailed and exceeded my expectations with their truck wrap and event execution. Only one event manager from their team worked with me.
Pros
RMNG was thorough with details and followed up on requirements when necessary. They actively worked with local vendors, which supported our community. All design matters were very impressive.
Cons
The charges for the snow cones were not transparent, and we didn’t receive the expected quantity. It would have been better if the charges were based on the actual number of snow cones made.
