Impressively, Phaedra Solutions completed all deliverables within the agreed deadlines. The project management style and communication were organized and prompt. Above all, their approach and reliable delivery time were crucial to the project’s success.

Make sure there is a stable internet connection for the calls. It was often the case the person on Phaedra’s side who spoke most (developer) had a weak and unstable internet connection. This was a little frustrating as it disconnected regularly. So making sure they have a stable connection, and no background noise would be awesome. Regarding the design phase, sometimes the details we submitted were not copied 1-1 and things were committed, this could be perfected that the client doesn’t need to re-check the work. However to be fair this only occurred a few times and was not a frequent issue.

I have partnered with Phaedra Solutions on multiple projects in the past, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. They are my go-to team for all complex development projects that come through our company. We collaborated with our in-house designers to create the app’s user interface, and after several discovery meetings to understand the user journey, Phaedra took over the development process. They provided us with the necessary requirements and set up a detailed project plan on Trello for us to track their progress every step of the way.
