Pros
The communication with the team was efficient and responsive, despite the time zone difference. They demonstrated impressive problem-solving skills and were proactive in addressing any issues that arose. We appreciated their clear explanations and willingness to jump on screen-sharing calls to provide demonstrations.
Cons
Initially, there was some confusion regarding the extent of SEO services included in the website design package. While minor SEO was included, more extensive SEO required a separate monthly program. However, we have since signed up for the additional SEO services and are satisfied with the results.
