GTS Translation

I worked with GTS Translation on translating a series of RV manuals, each ranging from 160-220 pages, from English to French Canadian. The files were provided in InDesign format and returned in the same layout.

GTS Translation delivered translations quickly and at a competitive rate. They were responsive and met tight deadlines, making the engagement relatively seamless. They were the quickest to provide a quote and the most competitively priced compared to other vendors.

There were a couple of instances where they missed some text, but they were proactive in fixing the issues.

Our collaboration with GTS Translation involved utilizing their expertise to translate our brochures into 15 different languages, including non Latin origin languages such as Arabic, German, Hebrew, Russian, and Hindi. This allowed us to effectively communicate our country-specific and healthcare information to international markets.

Their work is highly valuable and has enabled us to connect with over 300 million people worldwide across 30 countries and all continents. The speed and quality of their translations are exceptional, and they consistently capture the intent and voice of the original content. They are also very responsive and always deliver on time.

One area for improvement could be refining the final work even further. However, they do offer to have the translations reviewed by native speakers to ensure a flawless end result.

I found this translation vendor through a colleague’s recommendation to assist with translating an International Family Registry for Centronuclear and Myotubular Myopathies into five languages. The translation needed to meet the approval of two PI’s working on an institutional level, and the vendor provided quality work at competitive rates.

The GTS Translation team was professional and offered great customer service with impressive response times. I was impressed by the entire process and they consistently met my expectations.

There are not really any areas for improvement that I can think of. I have used this company several times and have been satisfied with their services each time.
