Lufthansa was expanding its network to new long-haul sun destinations and the main goal was to attract as many relevant users from Europe as possible to book their overseas flight. For this purpose, we conceived a creative concept for a new website that presented 7 new attractive destinations. Expect the unexpectedFirst, we customized welcome messages towards visitors from target markets. Nordeus is a mobile games developer based in Belgrade, Serbia. With the passion and creativity of more than 170 people from 20 countries, they build games that bring the joy of winning to the lives of millions. The purpose of their website was to present their new brand identity and attract prospective job candidates.Completely modularThe website is a custom WordPress site developed to be entirely modular. Our developers used PHP v7.3 and Advanced Custom Fields plugin with the goal of customizing the CMS so that the client can create new pages and rearrange design elements to their liking.Laws of attractionAs attracting prospecting job candidates was one of the goals, we integrated Greenhouse for easy job application handling and Mailchimp for newsletters.The site has a lot of images and videos, so we implemented the lazy-load principle, which helped us speed up the loading time. Addiko Bank wanted to improve their image as an employer and attract more people that fit both their culture and business needs. Their issue was that necessary experts from various backgrounds (IT experts, for example) still thought of bankers as uptight people in suits doing boring banking stuff in silence, which is far from the friendly and relaxed atmosphere at Addiko Bank. Our job was to challenge that notion and create an employer branding strategy that would rock the socks (and suits) off potential Addiko candidates. First, we conduct workshops. Workshops are the preparation that gives you the basic information needed to build a successful employer branding strategy.The Addiko Bank workshops had us talk face to face with the HR department, marketing department, managers, company leaders — all people with valuable insight into what makes Addiko Bank special and what their ideal candidates are like. And no, workshops are not meetings that could have been e-mails. Our next step was creating the employee value proposition (EVP). Simply put, it’s a brief narrative explaining why a potential candidate should join Addiko Bank, and it serves as a basic building block of an employer brand. The Addiko Bank EVP explains their team’s basic values, behaviors, and characteristics: teamwork, an innovative mindset, the desire to not just be okay at everything, but to build the best products in their specific line of banking The ending result was an all-encompassing employer branding strategy document. Croatia is a country where football is by far the most important thing, but due to some political reasons, many fans have been turning their backs on the national team. Our task was to once again connect fans and national team players, to highlight the positives of being a Croatian football fan and to stay forever proud. Creative concept The solution was obvious once we closely examined the fan’s behavior during a football match. During the most intense moments of the match, fans often cry out: “What I wouldn’t give for a win today!“.What would you give? This insight inspired us to create a digital activation in which our fans had to finally answer this question. Fans submitted their applications by uploading images and texts on a special landing page. Book that scored a goal with the players We selected the best ones and put them in a specially designed book which we gave to the head coach Dalić before the trip to Russia. The book reached the football players, motivating and connecting them with those who care the most about this sport.
