Overview:Lube Solution is a curated mobile application developed for MJL Bangladesh Limited, the country’s top-ranked company in the Lube Oil Industry. Currently, MJL BL is the industry leader and the sole distributor of the global brand Mobil™ in the market for lube oil products in Bangladesh.Project Goal: MJL required a stunning, modernistic, functional UI/UX for its mobile application Lube Solutions, which would increase the customer conversion rate and also establish a very strong brand presence for MJL in the Lube Oil Industry, within 60 days. MJL’s previous mobile application did not reflect the desired branding, visual appeal, and functionality. It was complex as MJL BL maintains a heavy-duty database system with a vast number of product categories, a large and complex network of retail outlets with enlisted service providers, and an extensive customer base. Here’s where MJL Bangaldesh entrusted Dcastalia Ltd. to execute the project.Contribution:→ Eye Catchy UI/UX: The app’s UI/UX was modernized and refined to reflect the global brand essence for MJL’s Mobil.→ Seamless Performance: The objective of this project was to ensure the implementation of prime performance features that would enhance the usability and functionality of the Lube Solutions Application along with an exceptional design to match the brand’s global standards. → Security Seal Repository: Security Seal is an exceptional feature of all Mobil products that allows the user to verify the authenticity of the product online. → Deep Linking: To ensure a positive online user experience for the E-commerce app, we utilized ‘Mobile App Deep Linking’ which can redirect users to the specific products on the app. → Referral System: The customer is rewarded referral points upon purchase and also for sharing the link/code with others, which can be redeemed.→ Repeat Order System: We implemented the repeat order system feature in the Lube Solutions Application to assist customers in repeating their orders.

OverviewBangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) is the national professional non-profit organization of planners which was established in 1974 to provide urban, regional, and rural planning. Project GoalThe organization is the main point for seminars, workshops, and publishing of journals and newsletters regarding many elements of urban and regional/rural planning, such as transportation and the environment. The organization’s objective from Dcastalia was to have a digital presence consisting of a modern outlook as well as for moving all the processes online to increase proficiency.  ContributionTeam Dcastalia lead the project strategically, assuring the collection and implementation of the proper requirements and data which included challenging tasks such as a complete data transfer from their old site into the new interactive platform. Overview A2I being the flagship program of the Digital Bangladesh Agenda brings out several innovations which ease the lives of people in Bangladesh in several ways. During the Coronavirus pandemic, an initiative was taken by A2I and Government Agencies to innovate and develop a digital communication and informative platform in order to raise awareness.Project Goal The project’s goal was to create a powerful, responsive, and optimized website that would serve as the primary source of information for both patients and other interested individuals.Contribution Our team at Dcastalia worked with a group of professionals from their team to develop the robust website and its required functionalities through research, analysis, and good communication. The team’s approach to the project was to create a good User Interface Design through a series of strategic workshops, conduct strategic and requirements analysis meetings for the website, and develop the portal, which was then applied to user testing and quality assurance for performance optimization. We created an interactive and adaptable website that allows users to navigate through different site areas simpler. We concentrated on providing users with a source of pleasure.

Overview Cox’s Bazar Beach Club is the very first 5-star shared ownership amusement hotel & club in Bangladesh that sells slot ownership of the hotel itself and shared ownership jointly with customers. They are a giant hotel conglomerate.  Project Goal The Dcastalia Team was assigned with designing, strategizing, and implementing a personalized digital experience that emphasizes the hotel’s most memorable moments since its beginnings. Contribution Dcastalia created a corporate website that was easy to navigate while having enough detail to appeal to a wide range of potential clients. We were able to complete the entire project successfully thanks to our competence and were able to meet all of Cox’s Bazar Beach Club’s criteria, which included requirements like mobile and performance optimization, multilingual facilities, etc. We used the most up-to-date technologies to build a totally responsive and visually stunning dedicated website with a cutting-edge design.
