Kuester Management Group is a mid-sized real estate firm with offices spread across the Carolinas. Their HOA management offerings provide communities and developers with a range of services that enhance and retain asset value. Implementing the Community Associations Institute’s best practices, they also cater to the needs of homeowners and community board members alike.Kuester wanted to ensure that its IT services remained as secure as possible. So they decided to go for Intune consultants with Communication Square LLC, a Microsoft Gold Partner. They found their solution with Enterprise Mobility + Security suite which includes Application Management with Intune, the best MDM for small businesses. This approach provided them with highly secure mobile application management that reduced their overall IT costs.

When management decided to split the operations into two divisions—Reynolds Logistics, UK, and Reynolds Logistics, Ireland—there arose the need to sort through all the data, applications, and services. In addition to the substantial amount of data that had to be processed, they had to ensure that the correct data was sent to the correct division. Additionally, an entirely new data centre had to be built for setting up the applications, services, and associated data for the new subsidiary.It was at this point that they consulted Communication Square. There had to be a way to execute a smooth data center migration with minimal to ZERO downtime. That’s when the decision was made to utilize Azure’s IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service Platform) for their new Data Center Migration setup.

Although ABA Foundations has never had a data breach, they thought it wise to take precautions. Additionally, ABA Foundations had to be HIPAA compliant, as do all companies in the healthcare industry. This required them to have certain data privacy and security measures in place to protect their patients. ABA Foundations consulted Communication Square LLC, a Microsoft Gold Partner, to deploy Azure Information Protection. This move ensured HIPAA-compliant email with HIPAA email encryption.

This was a 3-step migration. The first part of the migration was completed back in 2016 when we deployed the On-Site Cisco CUCM with Skype for Business 2015 installed on-premises for a Unified Communications experience. IN 2017, Cisco CUCM was completely decommissioned, and Skype for Business became the primary communication platform for everything ranging from IM, Files Sharing, Phone Calling, Meetings, and Video Conferencing.
