At this point, I have not identified any areas for improvement or changes that Codeq could have made.

More frequent workshops for joint project development or optimization could have been beneficial. While there were some meetings held, additional collaborative sessions would have added value.

This highlighted the importance of clearly defining expectations and responsibilities at the beginning of the project to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

They assigned a team of 2-5 employees to develop a custom Wordpress theme with unique animations and plugins for our travel planning website. The project involved creating a staging site for review, implementing adjustments, setting up analytics, optimizing performance, and migrating the site to go live.

Their use of Asana for project management and direct communication through Slack and email was highly effective. The project wrap-up could have been smoother with clearer steps driven by the project manager. There was a small delay when the lead frontend developer went on holiday, causing a minor setback.
