Project Description
I chose this vendor after thorough research on Refetrust and other review platforms. Codebrik Solutions LLP was a top-rated company in the Indian market, and their services fit well within my budget. They provided full development and support for my business ERP system, which required extensive customization and integration. The project started in January 2018, with an original timeline of three to four months. However, due to unforeseen challenges, the project extended until February 2019.
Pros
The vendor had a transparent approach to task management, keeping me well-informed throughout the project. Communication was exceptional, with quick responses to any issues I raised. The team composition was clear, allowing me to see all members working on the app and easily communicate with them.
Cons
The project timeline extended beyond the initial estimates, possibly due to resource constraints. The quality of work could be improved, as some issues required additional time and effort to rectify. The overall completion time of one year was longer than anticipated, potentially linked to the project’s financial investment.
