One challenge we have faced is communication, particularly due to cultural differences as CINQ Technologies is based in Brazil. However, through open communication and addressing issues together, we have been able to strengthen our relationship and improve overall collaboration.

Our VP of software development selected them based on his positive past experience. They addressed all reported software defects and developed new features, as well as assisted in implementing systems for new airline clients. We have been upgrading our product annually with their team since 2013. They also provide Level 3 support.

They have handled five successful upgrades, improving the quality of our system while reducing costs. They are accommodating and willing to adjust their team size based on our needs. Being nearshore minimizes time zone differences.

It can be challenging to find technical staff with airline industry experience. They could work on enhancing their team’s business knowledge.

One area for improvement would be in forecasting lead times more conservatively and delivering services ahead of schedule and below budget. This would further strengthen the partnership and trust between us and potentially lead to longer-term engagements.

The team provided assistance with a wide range of our product suite, including customer portals and backend services. We have multiple teams working in parallel on different features and continue to enhance our core product with their support.
