Our collaboration with Chakor involved building a cutting-edge platform for music education from the ground up using Bubble.io. The platform features three distinct panels for students, teachers, and administrators, enabling us to efficiently manage courses, attendance, curriculum, cancellations, and absenteeism. Chakor continues to handle maintenance, hosting, and necessary updates for the platform.

Chakor’s development work has significantly increased our business efficiency, resulting in a 20% revenue boost, a 50% reduction in student cancellations, and a complete elimination of teacher cancellations. Their team is punctual, communicative, responsive, and receptive to feedback.

While Chakor has been mostly on time with their deliverables, some minor features have experienced delays. A more structured project management approach could enhance their service.

I chose Chakor after interviewing multiple vendors, both in the states and South Asia. They impressed me with their thorough understanding of my project and their competitive pricing. They delivered a working Android and iOS app using the Bubble framework, integrating Google and Stripe APIs, and overcoming challenges with matchmaking. Their team consisted of one dedicated individual who handled most of the development himself.

Their ability to clearly communicate, understand the project scope, and execute effectively stood out to me. They were open to using the tools that worked best for me, and their customer service was exceptional.

We faced some challenges getting the app on iOS initially, which we believe was due to using a Bubble domain instead of one associated with my company. However, once this was resolved, the app was successfully accepted by Apple.
