Buch Construction

My company enlisted the services of Buch Construction to bring to life the approved designs from our architecture firm. Their team is responsible for executing all aspects of the construction, including electrical updates, millwork, flooring, and new carpeting. Phase one of the project focused on essential updates to create a functional workspace for our team, while phase two will involve more extensive demolition and construction work. We are looking forward to seeing the final transformation of our office space.

Buch Construction has shown great flexibility and responsiveness throughout the project, going the extra mile to accommodate our changing plans and navigate supply chain challenges. Their team’s ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders has been impressive. We are particularly grateful for their willingness to address unplanned changes and make essential updates to the space during phase one.

While we are overall satisfied with Buch Construction’s work, there were some minor issues with painting that needed to be addressed during the final stages of phase one. It would have been preferable if this had been completed earlier, but it did not significantly impact the project’s outcome. Despite this small setback, we are confident in Buch Construction’s abilities to deliver quality results in the upcoming phases of the project.
