BUDDY, by LiveFreely, is a new platform interface that will change the way people live their lives at an older age. The platform will be utilizing mobile app functionality, coupled with the Apple Watch technology to track and monitor health patterns, notify members of medication and appointments, and send out alerts if a member were to fall or become unresponsive. Everyone can say hello to the new health app that makes your everyday living a modern way of living.Black Flag Creative helped BUDDY raise $5 Million in capital for its first seed funding round to support the company’s expansion and ongoing efforts.Black Flag Creative was chosen as the preferred web design creative agency to partner with BUDDY to oversaw the design and development of its robust interface application for mobile apps and wearable devices. Our involvement includes strategy, consulting, UX/UI design, web design, web development, programming, branding, support & maintenance, and creative direction.

DoorDash is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, DoorDash is fulfilling its mission to grow and empower local economies.Black Flag Creative helped bring a new, innovative perspective to the restaurant interface experience of the DoorDash platform. We discovered the main issues and pain points with the financials section of the merchant portal, particularly around financial reconciliation, and strategized solutions to improve the user experience and the relationship between restaurants and DoorDash. In addition, our agency created reusable design system components for the desktop application, mobile app experience, email templates, PDF documents, invoicing, and order fulfillment. Black Flag helped reimagine the user experience when it came to opting in to receive capital and cash advances for restaurants looking to increase their cash flow. Additionally, we contributed to the DoorDash design system components within Figma and supported all teams in strategizing and improving solutions for the restaurant user experience when managing their DoorDash account.

Elevance Health, formerly Anthem Health, is an American health insurance provider. The company’s services include medical, pharmaceutical, dental, behavioral health, long-term care, and disability plans through affiliated companies such as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross BlueShield, Anthem Blue Cross, Wellpoint, and Carelon. As of 2022, the company had 46.8 million members within its affiliated companies’ health plans. Black Flag Creative led and supported the Elevance Health team by creating custom innovative interface solutions for new products involving insights available to physicians to help them make better-educated decisions for their patients. One of the primary product areas was called Health OS Desktop. Health OS is a new platform that offers a single access point for tools and insights to help drive greater efficiencies in managing the patient population. Our crew discovered ways to emphasize key care opportunities tied to a 360-degree view of a physician’s patient health data. Health OS Desktop was built to flexibly add actionable insights and services to physicians and practices.
