We transformed AP’s platform by migrating to the .NET Framework. Our support ensured a seamless transition, modernized content delivery, and solidified AP’s leadership in news reporting. The Challenge: AP used the legacy Classic ASP platform. It needed updating to meet the demands of modern digital media consumption. AP decided to shift to the more dynamic .NET Framework. The more robust network was crucial for timely reporting. The Solution: Our team migrated APs CMS  to Microsoft’s .NET Framework. We:- Transferred content from 20 news sections.- Migrated 3.65 million historic stories dating from 1985.- Enabled access to ∼40 million photos and 2 million videos. The migration affected AP’s large reader base of 1.5 million app users and their six social media channels with over 56 million followers.  The Outcome: The migration improved AP’s content delivery, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process across channels. We ensured AP had an agile NET-based content management system to keep up with its millions of news elements.

We provided Autodesk with a team of 7 engineers. We made updates and product improvements in the Maya software, which enabled filmmakers and game designers to speed up production and render better graphics. The Challenge: The initial version of Maya was launched in 1998. Autodesk faced the challenge of integrating new technologies into an existing codebase, some of which was more than 30 years old. To ensure compliance with project requirements and deliver excellent user experience for over 4,300 companies, they enlisted our QA engineers.  The Solution: Through our staff augmentation model, we provided 7 senior engineers. Our team of C++ experts worked with Autodesk to maintain and update their code. We improved compatibility with new file formats and integrated software with the latest Python 4 release. The Outcome: The updates and product improvements in the Maya software enabled filmmakers and game designers to speed up production and render better graphics.In 3 years, our professionals helped Maya’s core team: - Add more functionalities to the graph editor - Make higher-quality previews closer to the final renders- Improve cached playback for faster animation - Improve instancing capabilities, enabling faster rendering- Find and fix bugsIterate the product to make it compatible with new technologies.

We supported Avigilon with front-end development to enhance the user experience and QA to help detect and fix bugs. The Challenge: The Avigilon Blue App sends real-time surveillance notifications to users’ cellphones. It allows customers to respond promptly to security alarms wherever they are. Unfortunately, the iOS software was unstable, with a crash rate of 5%. They needed help to detect and fix the bugs that caused these crashes. The Solution: We provided 2 software outsourcing teams. One focused on front-end solutions and the other on back-end development.The Outcome: Our team:- Refactored iOS code and reduced crash rate- Debugged code through QA to improve app stability- Updated analytic video rules for sending security alerts to users’ mobiles - Automated testing - Updated the UX/UI- Refreshed the end-user documentation- Improved DevOps deployment processes for more reliable code going forward At the end of the project, the Avigilon Blue app was more reliable and offered a better user experience.

We worked with Azlo for 2 years developing CI/CD pipelines, adding new digital banking features, and migrating from legacy technologies.  The Challenge: Azlo’s digital banking solutions needed to comply with stringent security regulations. They needed CI/CD pipelines to deliver new secure features promptly. Azlo required UX/UI engineers to map the user experience and preempt problems to ensure app usability and high performance.  The Solution: We provided Azlo with 15 developers who worked across  6 of its internal teams. Our front-end and back-end developers specialized in security measures imperative for maintaining the digital bank’s reputation. Our strategic DevOps established and maintained CI/CD pipelines. The Outcome:During our 2-year engagement we:  - Developed new bank features, including an online credit card, invoice automation, budget “envelopes” to allocate expenses like payroll and taxes - Refactored their onboarding application for better UX/UI,- Built CI/CD pipelines - Migrated from Mongo DB to Postgre SQL- Conducted unit and integration testing  After 18 months of working with Azlo, they doubled their customer count.
