The level of service provided by Ascendant Technologies was exceptional. Their top-tier IT consultants delivered successful projects, including implementing advanced security measures such as a Fortinet firewall, multifactor authentication, an AI-based antivirus, and cloud backup. The workflow between our internal IT team and Ascendant’s technicians was seamless, and their vCIO services have added value to our business.

There are no areas for improvement that we can identify. We are fully satisfied with Ascendant Technologies’ performance and the support they have provided to our business.

I joined the company after Ascendant Technologies was already selected as our IT services provider. They were responsible for setting up our entire IT infrastructure, including network setup for our two offices and remote workers. I typically worked with a team of three members from their side.
