As a leader in the highly competitive connected fitness space, Echelon had a need for a partner that would streamline and support their CRM, email, and SMS program to grow memberships and focus on customer retention. By creating a robust holiday email campaign using animated designs and a custom built email template, we were able to increase email open rate to 35%, ultimately resulting in $20K+ revenue from one single send. They engaged Warschawski to help enhance their market share and increase event ticket sales for several events around the globe, with a special emphasis on their largest USA conference. Warschawski developed a robust digital strategy across several platforms that included geo-targeting in event-specific DMAs, custom audience creation, key messaging for each touchpoint, and more robust tracking for enhanced reporting. As a result, USA event ticket registrations increased by 274%, leading to a 338% increase in total revenue, all achieved with a return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 400%.
