This includes their financial and distribution operations, including highly elaborate integrations and customizations, as well as a state-of-the-art warehouse management and EDI system. ICON support has been critical in replacing outdated processes, creating new reporting and analysis capabilities, and improve day-to-day operations with quick and efficient support and development.
