This project is a complex solution. Office area, a variety of functional zones, the wishes of the customer demanded a special approach to creating the architecture of the solution, and applications. Also, when selecting equipment, design requirements were met (color, style, organic appearance view regarding the design of the premises and the office as a whole).The implementation of this project provided:Increasing the efficiency of the team through the use of professional audiovisual solutions;Loyalty of employees due to care for their comfort;Energy savings due to the presence of presence sensors that turn on the light when detected movements that work after sunset;Reducing the time spent on technical support of meeting rooms, because the program itself regulates the operation of displays and turns them on / off on schedule;Centralized switching off / on and monitoring of light, air conditioning, humidification, ventilation.A particularly important and unique task was the development of automated control systems for office equipment, namely: multimedia equipment, lighting system, air conditioning system, and air humidification.Thanks to the introduction of automated systems, Grammarly has the opportunity to significantly save working hours and material resources of the company, while providing its employees with the most comfortable working conditions.

DEKOM has designed and integrated: complex IT systems, including video conferencing, displays and projection equipment, microphones and sound systems, meeting room booking system, video switching, active network equipment and Wi-Fi equipment.Result:Video meeting rooms are always in use by employees, because of excellent work of all systems.IT systems are so stable, that client does not need to keep any IT personnel in state. There is not a single system administrator in the state of Uber in Ukraine.All IT components in the office in excellent condition, everything looks neat, according to corporate style of the company. Thanks to perfect cable management, all communications are invisible for personnel and visitors and do not affect aesthetic perception of the office.We took on all the technical and organizational tasks on our side during the design and installation, so the client did not have to go into technical details. Uber just enjoys the result.
