Consultancy - The first step was to establish how the Coneworxapplication was set up before developing an understanding of the risks to business continuity posed by its current condition. This was critical to knowing how to safely move to a more suitable hosting solution, de-risking the application and streamlining maintenance procedures going forward.Hosting Architecture - The Coneworx site was held on an on-premise shared server, however, a more robust solution was required. A dedicated cloud server solution was recommended on the basis of security, redundancy and, critically, high availability. This ensures 24/7 uptime allowing the Coneworx leadership team to focus on growing the business and their operatives, who access all job information via PDAs, to maximise productivity.Server Migration - Clydewire took a highly controlled approach to the migration of the Coneworx system. We didn’t release the umbilical link to the physical server until our rigorous in house testing processes were complete. Even then, constant monitoring of how the entire spectrum of features and functionalities were behaving in their new environment continued.Clydewire OnCall - This proactive early warning system is designed to help our clients to maximise productivity. Issues are flagged and immediately fixed or escalated depending on the seriousness of the problem. Mitigating risk and dealing with issues before they become a problem directly impacting the business is a key differentiator for Clydewire.

The Future of Pharmacy - Due to the strict regulatory frameworks in place, taking the entire pharmacy process online has been problematic. Clydewire devised a system that could make the entire process digital, including prescriptions, streamlining the process and removing restrictive offline practices that were a barrier to business growth.Highly Custom Wordpress - Clydewire developers had to build bespoke features to allow the system to work as imagined.
