Our client, a national leader in car audio and electronics since 1940, was struggling to effectively create, modify, and manage a wide variety of documents and templates to support the organization’s operations. Xelleration worked with the client to first identify the key intellectual property assets that required better organization.  After assessing the different business problems, Xelleration identified that the key issues centered around the Marketing team’s processes around marketing collateral creation and the Human Resources team’s needs around corporate policy and procedure documentation.Xelleration designed and deployed a knowledge-sharing portal leveraging Microsoft SharePoint that not only better organized key documents, but also automated over 10 different workflows - from document approval to version control.  In order to help the client maximize the solution’s full potential, Xelleration also provided a series of end-user training sessions to improve user adoption and effectively enforce change management.

APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Our client and their Clinical Collaboration department works with research hospitals and clinics to do research in the field of medical imaging. For the research, these hospitals produce white papers, publications, study results, etc. and provides these to our clients Clinical Collaboration department as per the signed agreement(s).Xelleration worked with our client and developed an application for the Clinical Collaboration department to help them manage their process more effectively. The application has two interfaces.The first interface is an application instance that is available on our clients Intranet Portal and is accessed by their Clinical Collaboration department to keep records of all their agreements, budgets, deliverables, and loaned equipment.​The second interface is an application instance that is available on the Connect Portal and is accessible to research Clinics & Hospital staff. The research Clinics and Hospital staff use the portal to view their clinical collaboration agreements and deliverables due as well as use the portal to upload & submit the deliverables to our client’s staff through Connect Portal.

ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA) IMPLEMENTATION

A Global Fortune 500 company providing consumer financial services was looking to automate its current process of highly repetitive manual tasks with Auctions/Early Lease Terminations. Its current process was prone to errors and extensive manpower.  The Xelleration and Speridian team conducted a 2 week onsite analysis to understand the whole process and the challenges involved.  Based on this assessment, the team proposed a RPA solution leveraging UI Path technology to automate all rule-based process steps and exponentially increase the company’s process efficiencies with returns that were visible within 12 months. During the 5-week pilot, the team is developing a future-proof RPA solution framework which accommodates industry best practices (Automation, Optimization, Scalability) and future waves of Automation.

SHAREPOINT IMPLEMENTATION: RETAIL

Our retail client, a luxury apparel and accessories brand renowned for their comfortable silhouettes and high-end fabrics, was experiencing an internal communication breakdown.  The broadly distributed brand, spanning across 40 countries at over 2,400 locations, needed efficient communication with their retail stores in order to optimize their marketing investments and facilitate growth.  Xelleration worked with the client to create a customized Retail Communications portal that simplified and streamlined communication between Corporate Headquarters and the retail stores. Instead of distributing documents via email and storing files under individual accounts, Xelleration created a branded SharePoint Online intranet site with dedicated resource pages that allowed different teams to have real-time access to the latest reports, documents, collateral, calendars, directories, and more - all in one centralized location.  These resources were also accessible to new hires, which reduced the level of effort and costly hours that were spent on-boarding high-turnover roles.Utilizing Xelleration’s Retail Communications solution, campaigns were executed with increased frequency, consistency, and quality, while maintaining the highest return on investments.  Organized processes and ability to track metrics enabled smarter decision-making for future campaigns, leading to customer loyalty and operational efficiency.
