When we first started talking to Legal Marketing and Staffing they were dealing with a common issue for small business websites. They were built on Squarespace and management and improving the website was a DIY activity. With a successful business, they lacked the time and were working with a freelancer. But keeping a consistent service with freelancers wasn’t easy. They were constantly struggling to maintain communication and service and found themselves juggling a group of freelancers. They were thrilled by our service model and support and have loved ditching the freelancer hamster wheel.

Quandary Consultanting Group had a large website with multiple content elements. It was well contented and designed, but it was built on a legacy CMS - WordPress. They found the website slow and prone to maintenance issues which became time-consuming and expensive. We worked to migrate the entire website to the JAMstack. By utilizing a Static Site Generator, CDN, and Headless CMS the customer has an easy time managing their content and has experienced a massive increase in page speed without any ongoing maintenance issues. This has resulted in increased SEO performance and on-page user engagement. They also have the additional benefit of our service model Websites as a Service.
