We Are Immediate completed redesigned FDC’s website offering them a new look, and including branding. Our relationship with them has continued throughout the last three years as we work toward helping them bring in new Non-profit sponsorships, and increase donations and program enrollment. We are also writing and creating their new content which has resulted in over a 65% increase in awareness. We recently launched their donation software and continue to help FDC with new digital strategies.

The Bowen Theory Academy had a 10-year-old website that needed a beautiful new vision for both its brand and the many articles, videos, and conferences that they run. Our engagement with them included User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Design and WordPress development. We also designed a new logo and color palette to further user engagement with the brand. The results? 25% more event registrations and over a 50% increase in website traffic.

EWA had an outdated Drupal website with over 10,000 pages. Website visitors could not easily find what they were looking for. We Are Immediate created an amazing user experience utilizing every aspect of our capabilities including research, user experience, graphic design and branding, WordPress web development, and video production. The website features a customized search results feature, a custom back-end grant reporting feature, and integration with Salesforce and Authorize.net. Clear increases in traffic prove that this website will change the way EWA operates. Over 22 custom-designed page templates make it easy for EWA to display every aspect of content including podcasts, webinar reels, event registration, and resources. EWA continues to use us for maintenance and additions to its website. An unsolicited review: As the managing editor for digital content at the nonprofit Education Writers Association, I have been working with Lori and Juan from We Are Immediate for over a year. They’re great people to work with and probably the most responsive people I have ever worked with. Whenever I had an issue or mini website crisis, they always had suggestions, solutions, ideas and anything else I needed for the complete redesign and content migration of the EWA website. Lori especially has amazing ideas for days. Just talking to her in our regular meetings, she’d come up with a major marketing or design idea off the top of her head. This is exactly how the hero video on the EWA website came about.She came up with the video concept and copy after thinking about it out loud during a meeting with me. That video and the new website was highly discussed, liked and retweeted on Twitter among education journalists and communicators – the core group EWA serves. EWA launched the new website at the end of September, and WAI made this a great project for me to manage and collaborate with them on.
