Nowadays, Industrial City is a brand that encompasses several industrial parks with modern warehouses. We have been promoting the brand since the start of construction. The project was awarded the international ProEstate & Toby Awards 2019.We start each project with a marketing analysis of the market. We studied the light industrial warehouse segment and developed a concept for bringing the product to market. We also analyzed the target audience that the offer would be focused on.Based on the information obtained, we developed a website and landing page for advertising traffic. We also developed an interactive map with the parameters and status of warehouse units for each industrial park. We implemented CRM, built and automated sales business processes, and integrated channels of communication with clients, websites, and messengers.It is important to note that we connected our service, the Uwindi App, for A/B testing of offers for different target audience groups. Someone is looking for a warehouse for production, another is looking for a warehouse to organize the logistics of their goods, etc.Then we proceeded with setting up ads on Google. We prepared advertising materials, made banners, set up ads by segments, and launched catch-up ads for a warehouse audience, visitors to warehouse sites, and people who were previously interested in renting a warehouse property.The project showed phenomenal results, and the client exceeded the sales plan. 23,000 m2 of space had already been sold after 8 months of promotion. Today, Industrial City Park receives dozens of requests to buy and rent warehouse units daily.The project won ProEstate & Toby Awards, among other things, due to increased brand awareness in the market through advertising campaigns. We are currently promoting all 7 of the company’s industrial parks and helping to attract buyers.

The CVP Clinic is a network of cosmetology clinics represented by the well-known equipment manufacturer, Melsytech. We created a lead generation system, a corporate website and elevated the brand to the top of the market.The project’s goal was to rebuild a website on a new domain and create a lead generation system for over 50 cosmetology services in the clinic. The cosmetics industry is very competitive, so an effective marketing strategy was a must to prevail against competitors offering similar services.We decided to focus on the quality of the content, images and usability of the website. Another important part of the project was thorough marketing research on the needs of customers for each service offered by CVP Clinic.Since CVP clinic offers over 50 services, we decided to identify the most profitable services and then create 4 landing pages for gynecology, BBL, laser epilation and neoplasm removal.After that we connected the call tracking and lead tracking to the website and integrated all data into the client’s CRM to ensure automatic distribution of incoming leads to sales department managers.After the launch advertising generated a remarkable return on investment, we began developing a new website with built-in landing pages, service pages with content, doctor pages, pricing, special offers, FAQs and other important pages.CVP Clinic received a new website with a modern design and separate landing pages dedicated to paid advertising with all necessary integrations, including CRM, call tracking, lead tracking, and web analytics.The sales department receives more than 200 leads and calls per month, with a return on advertising investment of more than 300% and a high LTV client rate. We continue to develop the project and support it on a monthly basis.
We developed a distinctive corporate identity for the Rabbit Tech, an IT company that provides consulting services for large enterprise clients.We made complete brand look with colours, logotype, clothes, shoes, patterns, packages, docs, bags, visit cards, card holders, illustrations for the website, and an icon set.The client received a brand book and all the material ready for manufacturing in typography with printing rules.
Kosmos Logistic is a provider of storage and logistics services. In 3 months of advertising, we filled the warehouse space with 12,000 m2 and built up a consistent lead generation system.The client asked us to quickly reduce the amount of empty space and get clients for 3PL services so that we could fill three of the 12 000 m2 buildings in the warehouse complex. The location was challenging with because there were no good roads near the warehouse, and the market was very competitive. Nevertheless, we achieved the goal, let us to explain how.We developed a marketing strategy to promote the company’s 3PL services, formed a value proposition, and emphasized a set of services for different types of businesses. Then, based on the information received, we developed a website describing storage, handling, and delivery services.We connected the tenant’s personal office to the site to manage the cargo in the warehouse. The tenant’s personal account was another advantage because it increased the convenience of storage for small customers.We also implemented CRM and built sales management processes, integrated all communication channels with customers, and automated the movement of potential deals through the sales funnel.We organized the filming of a promotional video of the facility on site inside and from the air by drone, as video today is an important tool for communicating with the audience. We also developed the design of vehicles for the fleet in a corporate style. Finally, we launched paid advertising, including remarketing for the warehouse audience of competitors.The client filled 12,000 m2 with new tenants in 3 months. The digital marketing system reduces the risk of downtime and eliminates the need to use brokerage agencies. The customer obtained a manageable tool to attract new tenants when it is required.
