i-charging came with a challenge to us: to develop an interface to provide support for charging electric vehicles in an easy and intuitive way for the end-user and compares favorably with current market offerings.i-charging has a focus on technology-based products, and a strong will for innovation, differentiation, and design, they have always had their sights on the most sophisticated segments of the infrastructure for electric mobility. We successfully delivered an app that will serve the future of electric charging for vehicles. The whole process can be configured and defined by the user, starting with the charging power, the percentage of charging, charging time, cost limit, and other parameters, such as payment options and tax information.

One of the main components of Cofidis’ user acquisition process was its credit simulator. The overwhelming majority of users would use this feature before actually signing up.But it was hard to use and unclear. There was friction. The user experience was leading to many drop-offs, meaning fewer clients signed up in the end. We ran the U-Framework workshop, overhauled the UI and UX, and integrated the new simulator with the clients’ back-end. Amtrol-Alfa wanted a website that fulfilled all the information needs of their customers and partners: from choosing a product to submitting a contact requests, it was to become the linchpin of their digital efforts.Through our U-Framework, we discovered key behaviours of their target customers, and implemented leading frontend and backend development pratices to have a custom website adapted to those niche requirements.In the end, the website greatly surpassed Amtrol-Alfa’s expectations, as the number of leads has tripled since launch - with zero advertising.
