Findabook Website is developed in CodeIgniter Framework and is using MYSQL Database. This website is developed in different concepts of E-Commerce but a person can Sell and Purchase a book from Findabook without a cart functionality on the website. This is a Israel’s largest used books website which has a database of around 1,80,000 used books currently. The site was founded by in 2001 and since then it has become a long-standing internet institution with a regular and loyal audience. Dozens of books a day are also sold. The site is unique in the landscape of book sales sites in the country as it serves as a real free platform for selling and buying books among surfers and is not a store or any commercial body. On the Website, persons can upload his / her used books for sell on the website and the desired customer can contact to book owner through the email. A person can upload many books for Sell with the association of his / her Email ID which one makes a unique key for a particular person and all further data will be managed by this Email ID in the system. After uploading books by the person ( seller ) it will save in the database and the site administrator can see the uploaded books records in the backend. Site administrators have further rights to manage books data like; Approve, Disable OR Delete permanently from records. Site administrators can only edit/update details of the person ( seller ) from the backend. If the book owner makes more than 50 sells of his books then the Site Administrator gets the percentage of the selling amount in mutual communication with the person ( seller ).
