We were excited to rapidly build a complex and scalable MVP.The key technical challenges we overcame:Development of a sharing module, that allows to collect and share data from any other website or app.Synchronization of app with a list of contactsCreation of advanced UX using push notificationsDisplay of similar productsThe client remained happy and cooperative and continued to scale the MVP into the product with our team.

Workbridge is a program for fast food workers and employers.The program’s goal is to create a friendly community with convenient ways to hire and find jobs.Workbridge has 2 roles:- A mobile application for employees looking for jobs in fast-food restaurants based on their preferences and experience.- We made a mobile application for employees, a web version for employers + an admin panel (web) for our client.
Before we started, we did a series of preliminary interviews with current users, both beginners and advanced, right in the Clubhouse room.We took a motion-mapping approach to the interface to clarify what options the user has on each page to complete a task in a convenient and easy way.We changed the home page based on the results of a survey and analysis of the target audience.There were also rumors about adding donations to Clubhouse during the redesign, so we decided to add this feature to our design as well.To improve the survey page, we added a quick navigation bar at the top to separate clubs and people during the search process.The updated version of Clubhouse is now easier and more user-friendly.Naturally, we don’t have access to existing product metrics.But we are more than confident that the redesign will significantly improve user retention, lifetime value, and other metrics.
Everest Roof Coating – a company providing services for coating roofs using different materials. To achieve the best experience for the users, they decided to create a service that will allow calculating the costs for covering the roof coating without prior consultation of the expert.To make that work, they thought of the idea of scanning the roof square through Google Maps and sharing the approximate costs the customer can count on.Our team was excited after hearing the idea, we suggested a solution that was the best fit for the customer in terms of budget, timelines, and realization of the project.Based on the selected elements, the number of materials needed for repairs and their price are calculated, If any specific adjustments are needed, then to do this, the worker can edit the list of these materials.The platform has two roles – workers who could create and administer orders and an admin who can control all this and make their own adjustments.
