One of the biggest marketing agencies for the eCommerce industry in South America decided to give more value for their users by automating their analytics and reports, in order to increase their profitability. Such a solution would help our customer to be ahead of competitors and make their users more satisfied. Challenge:We were tasked to create a web system that will help two types of stakeholders: our customer (as super admin) to save their employees’ time which they spent on manual work as well as their users’ time by preparing concrete graphical reports which users need to analyze their business. The plan was to start from an MVP and add new features continuously.Value Delivered:After the product was totally production-ready we were mainly adding new features like Magento and other integrations and customized the Dashboard for certain users who wished to have extra features (funnel, special charts, and tables with their own calculations). Also, support was being done by our team at that point.

Therefore, the biggest challenge was to integrate it into an existing system and do not destroy what has already been created before.Solution:To solve the problem we decided to built a general spring module that combines contexts from each module into a common one. Such solution allowed to use the code from already existing modules, without the threat of data loss.

The most interesting challenge was with using PhoneGap geolocation to make it work fast with iOS and Android.Solution:We provided service from scratch until deployment to the Play Store and AppStore. Started with requirements analysis to development and deployment.
CXMnow is app which measures customer satisfaction by sending SMS’s and emails which can be manually sent by uploading a CSV file with phone numbers or emails and scheduled auto emails. Challenge:The project took 4 months of active development and then 1 team member worked 6 months more on support and scaling. The goal was also to provide a scalable system, so that we would be able to add new features constantly, even though they were not included in the initial scope.Solution:We provided an app which measures customer satisfaction by sending SMS’s and emails which can be manually sent by uploading a CSV file with phone numbers or emails and scheduled auto emails. These ways are very customized so that it allows to users work with the system faster and get right to the customer experience index.
