Kaiyo brought us on to help take their email marketing to the next level on Klaviyo built on top of a custom integration with their site. As a two sided marketplace with ever-changing inventory, Kaiyo needed creative ways to leverage email as volume of particular items is always limited.Built on a great relationship with the Kaiyo development team, we created new data feeds and flows to source related products and better segment offers based on interests, cart values, and brands - we have sustainably grown Kaiyo’s revenue through email and better enabled the features and backend processes they built to shine through on email.A collaborative strategy and testing plan has led to increases in revenue, engagement, and new opportunities to explore across the board in 2020 and beyond.

Entering a new phase of growth with new products and moving beyond a subscription based e-commerce model, Flex brought our team on to help navigate the challenges of that growth, along with addressing a need to improve lead conversion rate, reorder %, and reactivation %.With a Klaviyo account entrenched in many different integrations and in need of cleanup, we set out to help Flex address these goals through ongoing support in Klaviyo flow, segment, and data improvements, in addition to collaborating on their campaign schedule.As a result, Flex increased all mentioned KPIs in the 2nd half of the year and broke their email revenue records for Q4.
With multiple entry points into the funnel, membership tiers and one-off purchase capabilities, PianoGroove needed a sophisticated yet nimble platform to help with growth and new, dynamic initiatives. We moved them into Klaviyo to nurture and convert subscribers from their lead magnets, and integrated their membership platform for accurate filtering and segmentation, and set up attribution to measure success - all while giving their email layouts and campaigns a significant facelift as part of a larger collaboration in strategy. We partnered with Australian based team GoodieCo to take over their email operations during a phase of expansion - as their email operations were not keeping up with growth across both Australian and US markets. Given the importance of email in their business model, we needed to execute high email volume, while maintaining good deliverability and engagement. It was also critical to keep their designs high quality and unique, just like their brand. During the partnership, email & SMS contributed to 55% of total revenue, and despite the increased volume, we maintained healthy email engagement metrics at 20% open rates and 1.5% overall click rates for campaigns, which we averaged sending 2-3 times per week.
