The Selenium Group is the largest IT company in Canada. For over 20 years they have provided IT services to big and small businesses alike. —Data Mining & Management—Through the automated data mining process, we were able to build and entirely new automation system to scrape data from websites available on Google. In order to do this, we created a robot that would automatically scrape the data and convert it to Excel sheets. —Outcomes—A decrease in manual labor as well as the ability to collect data from over 300,000 company websites that was then sold to law firms.—Technologies Used—Python, Bash
