AlGhaith learning management system (LMS) is an eLearning platform where the web-based application is designed to map out, implement, evaluate and monitor a learning process. Our client, Al Ghaith Oilfield Supplies and Services, envisioned building a system to facilitate training courses as part of their growing compliance requirements.Our team of expert web app developers helped them build the LMS and delivered it to perfection. Documentation, earlier done manually via an excel sheet was substituted by the vast array of user-friendly features provided in the LMS. Along with easy tracking and reporting, the LMS aids in creating a consistent learning environment. As the LMS courses are used for in-house training of the company’s employees, the support is provided in both Arabic and English.Features of Al-Ghaith LMS Web AppIt consists of courses, lessons, topics, quizzes, materials, reviews and queries with Arabic voiceovers.Profile creation and management. Addition of new users, reset the password, change email address, etc.Group Management: Be able to create groups of users, and manage them.Provision of activity logs of trainees, statistics, and reports.Instructors can create new courses, assign those to appropriate group members & track the progress.Uploading of training certificates, along with their validity details. Notification on certificate expiry.Notification on new courses, clicking on which trainees are able to access training materials.Email Notifications to different users of Portal: Administrator, Instructor, and User.Timely notifications & reminders about the course completion.Different types of Training: Internal LMS Training, External Training, and Offline Training.The Training Courses have Videos and Quizzes as Course materials or materials like notes can be added.It has 7 different types of questions.Every Course has a certificate.The certificate has Expiry date.

Custody Protect-Detainee health status monitor app

Custody Protect is a tool for monitoring the health and safety of people in custody. The project was developed to securely transfer the data from the sensors and plot them on maps and charts, which can be monitored by prison officers. The biosensors are placed on individuals at the time of the arrest. The biosensors continuously monitor vitals and motion and use artificial intelligence to detect risks to health and safety. Features of the Custody Protect appMultiple sensors transfer data to a single router. The router transfers and stores this data in the Cloud and aids in the live monitoring of the prisoners.The web/mobile app has a single-session login.The crash notification is tracked via email.The web/mobile app is equipped with live health/status monitoring of a detainee.If a person in custody tries to damage the sensors or in case of any unauthorized access, it sent alerts to the web/mobile.The web/app portal dashboard tracks health status, such as pulse, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.The routers are provisioned by using Azure DPS.Role-Based dashboard for web/mobile.web/app Authentication is done using Microsoft AD for those who have an organisational AD account with multi-tenant architecture.Detainee raw data (Hr, Acc, Gyro, Magneto) is tracked and stored in a bucket-encrypted format for feature ML learning.

Digital Vidya - An assessment and LMS Mobile App

In the current condition of recruitment, a rise in pay-after-placements schemes aided by NBFC is observed. Various platforms and companies offer this program but lack user credibility. Thus our client approached us to develop the application, Digital Vidya, a portal of online courses for marketing.Digital Vidya is a learning platform and the users can access intense courses after clearing an eligibility test. The user is also charged an initial enrollment fee.  The portal also offers basic courses for free. Our team of experts left no stone unturned to deliver the app our clients envisaged.Features of the Digital Vidya applicationConsists of an admin portal to create courses, quizzes, milestones, and tests for the portal.The user interface to log in, enter personal details, and enroll in courses.The users have to undergo a selection process that includes objective and subjective questions. Answers to subjective questions can be submitted in the form of video, text, or .pdf.On passing the test, users are allowed to access courses and complete milestones set by the admin.The portal offers basic courses for free and paid intense courses. Intense courses also have quizzes embedded in them.After successfully completing the test User have to undergo documents verification and payment.From the admin panel Users’ documents will be verified and after payment users will be enrolled into the course.Admin can create a group into which Users can join via mobile app.Reports of user performance and course statistics can be generated and downloaded.
