It is a workflow-based application that provides automation for parts of the sales process, including customer requirements, inventory research (searching for vehicles), and appointments, including test drives. Lead section captures Customer Requirements such as the details about the vehicle they are planning to purchase. This section also takes care about the Sales Persons who are associated to the Customer. A customer can specify his interest in form of multiple vehicles that he may be interested in purchasing. Based upon the criteria specified, system will show the list of vehicles available from the inventory.
