Allied Partners holds more than 430 properties, has financed numerous private mortgages and has completed numerous major construction and renovation projects. Managing 430 buildings can be challenging. To operate efficiently, Allied Partners works with a large amount of data. They need to know everything about every managed building: from electrician phone numbers to addresses to mortgage refinancing. Allied Partners initially relied on Excel spreadsheets, email, and verbal communication to track changes in extensive building data. As time passed, it became clear that this method was inefficient since it was so easy to miss something. So Allied Partners turned to JetRockets. We created several features, including:Universal catalog of data points. This is a master list of the properties and associated data points.Search and filters. Users can search data by factors such as amenities, contract type, contract expiration date, and a number of units.2FA (two-factor authentication). This feature ensures that only privileged users can access and modify data.Custom reports. These reports summarize the most important information about each property.Notifications. These notifications help keep the company on track with contracts that need to be renewed.Users page. Management can add and delete user info when people come and go, independently of the property information.Custom calendar. This allows users to select dates.Permissions. Administrators can edit the permissions, setting each user’s rights to view, edit, or delete information.

This was done via the AskJack application. The TaskJack application was developed at a later time and the purpose was to connect consumers to local freelancers providing help with everyday tasks, including furniture assembly, moving, delivery, handyman work, and other odd jobs. Finally, the JackPro application was developed for the service provider and allowed maintenance of their service provider records, schedules, payments and so on. The platform had a built-in algorithm that determined provider’s availability based on their schedule preferences as well as proximity to the consumer. It had further logic that allowed providers a specific time frame to respond to request before it rerouted it to the next available match.

This portal helps them obtain all critical data about their investments and profits for reporting periods. Preparing financial data has several stages of validation to ensure that the investor is informed as much as possible about their accuracy.Economists and investors from the client company strongly approved Bastion. The project has successfully allowed the client to better use their data to make more informed decisions.
