At the beginning of our collaboration, conducted a series of workshops to gather requirements and design the best possible solution for our client’s business reality. Our recommendations and ideas were well received, and as a result, the project started after successfully transitioning from their previous software supplier. The idea was to clean up and stabilise the existing system and digitally transform it through redesigning existing processes and refactoring the code.We have taken on the responsibility of supporting and upgrading the legacy solution from one, monolithic application into cloud-based microservices. We also added automated testing and deployment to the process to further optimise the functionalities. Moreover, we work on quarterly and annual roadmaps for delivering new functionalities and adjustments. Another of our present goals is to re-write and upgrade Adia’s mobile application. As an HR company, Adia operates dynamically, and our collaboration is based on flexibility and a constant flow of information to ensure the highest possible value of the project. We work together with Adia’s onsite Product Teams on the new features design, architecture, and upgrading the main system to ensure its robustness. Together, we compose a proactive team of experts, who meet regularly, take part in regular discovery workshops and share similar working culture.
Our cooperation started in 2011 when Allocate Software wanted to develop and launch a new module for one of their products. Architects for Allocate and Future Processing held a workshop at the beginning of each project to design the solution from the very beginning. It was then estimated and developed using a very collaborative process that ensured the product was delivered on time to a very high level of quality. Allocate achieved significant cost-savings, compared to UK prices, much shorter time to market and more flexibility in resource allocation without losing on quality. Some of the projects we delivered: eRoster – application for doctors’ time management, integrated with Outlook E360 – a web application, which helps to manage the periodic assessment of doctors a service used to send text messages to nurses informing them of available additional shifts within their hospital Over the years we acquired a lot of knowledge about Allocate and their needs. Having learned that, we have domain contribution and we can propose improvements. Together with the client, we think of what to do to help them achieve what they really want. We are trusted when it comes to offering solutions and refining requirements. Click here if you want to know more about the project

Blis found a partner like this in Future Processing. Benefits of our partnershipBlis now has a dedicated team of frontend and backend developers who helped create one of its platforms from scratch.
