Community Management Success

Yesterday during one of my channel sweeps, which wasn’t even on the Peak account, I noticed one of those tear-jerking military homecoming videos of a daughter coming home to surprise her father and that video was going viral with hundreds of thousands of views and tens of thousands of likes.     She was in her camo uniform and he was mowing the lawn in her backyard, wearing the Dad uniform; khakis, tucked in shirt and a camo baseball cap.  As soon as he saw his daughter at the top of the steps, he sprinted over and up the steps and grabbed her in a bear hug.  As soon as he hugged her tight, you could see his cap in full view.  It had a Peak logo on it.   https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM8awdfLb/    I immediately sent that video to Scott and asked if we could send him more swag since we’re already in the process of offering swag to the #Peaksquad through a series of videos.  He told me to go for it so he dueted the above video with the following video.  He used the same sound, tagged the OP, and used the #PEAKsquad hashtag.  We also posted these videos on IG reels/stories.   https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM8aTvJfC/     I commented with the Peak account on the original video that we wanted to send them swag and to reach out to us so that I could DM them on TikTok.  But because the OP used her real name on her account, I was able to find her on Instagram and DM her there.  She responded and we got her address quickly:     So we are sending them a box of Peak swag and as you can see, I asked Megan to do an unboxing video and tag us.  We will duet that one as well.   But here’s where we really see the value provided to the client.  Below is a sampling of some of the comments we got on our duet video on TikTok:     So that’s the primary end-value to commercial brands of social media community management and that is why they make the investment in us as a company.  We have endless opportunities to build consumer affinity for our clients’ brands on top of our customer service efforts.

James Beard Foundation Awards

The James Beard Foundation Awards is streamed live on Twitter. FCS worked with American Airlines and Capital One Financial as media sponsors for the event. Fresh Content Society helped create, implement, manage, and report on sposnored paid media deliverables on Twitter. FCS helped layout the strategy and content calendar to execute. During the event, FCS clipped off live moments from the livestream to share moments in real time for sponsors to run pre roll against. Clients earned more than 30 million media impressions from the campaign.

One Million + Followers For Automotive Brand

When you think of antifreeze, washer fluid, wiper blades, or automotive lighting, you don’t think of a fun and engaged social media community. FCS developed a stategy that pivoted the brand from a product centric content strategy to become a go-to destination across 4 priority channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YuTube, and Twitter). Creating more engaging, and socially relevant content, and by engaging the top automotive influencers in the space to become brand ambassadors allowed us to be part of the automotive conversation and not just sell prdoduct.
