This association had a very premise-based technology environment and team of 3 IT staff when it started looking for a managed services provider. Framework partnered with the orgnanization to provide ongoing remote and onsite support, vCIO proactive consulting, and cybsecurity solutions. Framework’s managed services allowed the client to reduce internal IT staff from 3 to 1. Since partnering, Framework has upgraded all their office networks, moved an office, migrated their server, storage and application environment entirely to a private cloud environment, implemented higher speed fiber, rolled out a unified communications platform to all staff and offices, and detected and performed incident reponse for a data breach.

This midsized non-profit client had a hodge-podge approach to IT management, consisting of organized, tech-savvy operations managers and independent contractors. Though the approach kept the wheels on, the leadership team recognized it lacked a cohesive understanding of its technology, risks, and opportunities for improvement, as well as a clear strategic plan for IT. Framework was initially contracted to perform a comprehensive technology assessment to baseline all aspects of the client’s infrastructure, application stack, policies, procedures, security systems and vulnerabilities and IT management capabilities, and to provide recommendations to improve all aspects. The Framework technology assessment was used by the leadership team to craft a 3-year technology plan. After receiving the thorough, comprehensive assessment, the client was interested in exploring Framework’s managed services and ultimately partnered with Framework to provide ongoing IT management, spanning comprehensive support, strategic consulting, and foundational cybersecurity services. Framework has drastically improved the organization’s security and data backup & disaster recovery capabilities, and is working with the client on the next stages of their strategic roadmap to migrate from Google to Microsoft 365, adopt cloud solutions to replace aging on-premise server and storage equipment, and to upgrade the office network. Framework has allowed the operations team members at the client to limit their focus on IT to high-level strategy and to improving operational efficiency, versus worrying about day-to-day IT management concerns.
Framework IT was engaged by the client to provide Managed IT Services. Previously the organization worked with another Managed Services company that was not meeting support expectations or advising adequately on strategy to advance the organization’s goals. Framework IT provides the client a comprehensive Managed Services, inlcuding remote and onsite support, proactive strategic consulting, and a host of security services to protect the organization’s data and reduce risk.
This large Title company previously in-housed all of its IT management, inlcuding strategic IT leadership and help desk support. The organization’s internal IT leader was looking to retire and Framework was originally engaged to provide a fractional CIO service to lead the internal IT team and work with executive leadership to develop and execute IT & cybersecurity strategy. The scope of the engagement expanded further as the client asked Framework to provide expand to a comprehensive Managed Services plan that included remote and onsite support, additional secruity services, and continued strategic consulting. Furthermore, Framework migrated the clients critical server, storage, and line of business applications to a private cloud environment leveraging virtual desktops. Additionally, Framework provided fiber internet service and a cloud unified communications platform to improve the user experience, simplify management, and reduce telecommunications expenses.
