As a part of the continuous efforts in electronic services developing, ASEZA has launched an electronic services portal in collaboration with Echo Technology - Jordan under the domain https://eservices.aseza.jo using the latest technologies with maximum safety and protection.This step is considered one of the most important stages of the Authority’s digital transformation plan where this portal includes all investment and licensing services in addition to the site planner service. This portal serves Jordanians, non-Jordanians, investors and companies.The automation was handled by Echo Technology by designing and developing a service portal that depends on user-packaged forms and linking them to the internal systems of the authority, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM that receive, store and process the applications through a pre-defined workflow. The portal was linked to multiple government databases to provide highest efficiency and to verify data entered by applicants:The portal is linked with the Civil Status Department to verify the national ID number and the individual who entered it.In addition to linking with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Companies Control Department to verify the data of registered companies. Also, the Department of Land and Survey was also linked with to provide site plans.The portal provides the ability to register and request services without the need for personal presence at the authority through online registration and electronic payment, in addition to the notification service that provide the status of the application through text messages. also, the applicant can follow up on the statuses of requests and the percentage of completion to save applicant time and effort and to help the authority with monitoring and improving performance.
