DHL, the well-known logistics company, faced a significant challenge in adapting to new communication trends that became common currency in early 2020. This change, however, was beneficial to the innovative company, which took on the prowess and focused on its primary goal of inspiring and assisting entrepreneurs to scale their businesses globally.In this context, the company began offering webinars to educate entrepreneurs around the world and provide them with the tools they needed to grow their businesses.DHL’s Head of Marketing approached Digifianz with the goal of developing an audiovisual campaign to promote these webinars and bootcamps.

Brand Manual and Web Development for Freightzy

Freightzy is a single-source logistics provider based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The main solutions they offer are: less than truckload, truckload, expedite, intermodal, managed services and e-commerce throughout North America.The project had 2 main challenges:A redesign of the company’s website with a fun and inviting retro vibe, but following a clean and streamlined look.Develop the website entirely in HubSpot, for the team to update it whenever without any technical help required.Freightzy’s main goal was to transmit their purpose throughout the website: being different, easy and funny while showcasing their firm belief that businesses should serve a higher purpose through community support, inclusion and equal opportunities.The first step was a Brand Identity Bootcamp which covered everything related to the brand overview, personality, values and primary purpose.After working on the design proposal together, it was approved by Freightzy and we started working on the brand manual.This brand manual set the basis for what was next: UX/UI Research Workshop.In the meantime, we carried out the last workshop which was the CMS Bootcamp.After the final approval of each design, the development team started work on the development in HubSpot.

DHL Bootcamp LATAM

Expert Content for Experts - DHLhttps://bootcamp.latam.express.dhl.com/ We created an online ecosystem to accompany the DHL Bootcamp campaign that was launched in 17 countries of LATAM. The project includes:HubSpot CMS website development.Ads and organic posts to promote DHL’s content and webinars.  Automated confirmation emails and follow-up to maximize engagement. Promotional videos and audiovisual content for the website’s permanent section, “Tips for entrepreneurs.” Logistics support of weekly events led by DHL and their guests.Hosted the bootcamps, panels, and podcasts on the microsite. This gated content will keep generating leads for DHL in the long term. Although Bootcamps and webinars are campaigns with a lead-generation goal and awareness focused in the short term, this campaign demonstrated to have a high impact on leads on the decision stage.
