In October 2018, one of the biggest telecommunications providers in Croatia, VIP, went through a rebranding and became A1. It is not only the logo that changed - under the new slogan “A1 - New form of life”, the organization communicates its clear goal of becoming a leader in telecommunications in the region, showing its readiness to adapt to modern market conditions as well as to the new generation of customers. To communicate their new initiative, the A1 team tasked us to create an activation that would combine their new, modern design with well-known symbols in Croatia. We have taken the A1 brand logo and made multiple iterations of it, not only to offer versatility but to appeal to the generation that wants everything fitted to their needs. With us developing the link for a Facebook activation and A1 distributing it through their Facebook company account, we have enabled A1 customers to show what this “New form of life” means to them; and the results were awesome. In addition, A1 incentivized its users to share their digital creations with the A1 logo embedded in them, achieving an explosion of user-generated content, hence proving the readiness to leap into a “New form of life” with their users.

Did you know that the human brain recalls only about 10% of written content, in comparison with visual content where that percentage is up to 65%? This is why more and more companies in the market try to lean on alternatives such as Augmented reality books. What really makes an AR book so special? At first glimpse, Augmented Reality books seem to look like any other book, however, they come with a twist. Once you pair each book with carefully built AR technology, a whole new world emerges right in front of you. Moving 3D objects, sounds and creative stories presented like animation are sorts of a standard, while some books also include interactive objects. Content presented in the form of an AR book is way more engaging and interesting and above all, it is an enjoyable activity.Every user can read the book content traditionally, flipping through the pages, but the phenomenal part here is the way the story is being presented.Augmented reality books can be used in many industries for storytelling purposes. Our team consists of bright and creative minds with plenty of expertise in creating AR books. So far we have made a bunch of AR books where the users emerge into a world full of magical and historical beings.Enough of talking; just play the video and see for yourself.
Croatian Greats AR application makes Croatian national currency come to life, making money talk, walk and even quack. The whole application was developed as a pet project to popularize augmented reality. The basic idea is to show the general public that AR is no longer a futuristic abstract concept but something available to everyone with a smartphone. As most smartphones on the market can use images as triggers, we needed to find widely available images, so anyone with a smartphone could use the app. Bills were the perfect fit, as they are pieces of national history everyone has on them.Depending on the denomination, scanning a Croatian bill will trigger animated 3D gladiator fights in an ancient arena, a statue of a famous commander will jump to life and gallop away, and geese will emerge from fog quacking. Experience some Croatian history through the app – available on Google Play and App Store. Don’t worry, you don’t need to have Croatian currency on you – Google images for “Croatian kuna” will do just fine.
St. Vincent is a Renaissance town, located in the south of central Istria, Croatia. It is famous not only for its history and architecture but also for an interesting historical person, Mare the Witch. In 1632, Mare Radolovich, the herbalist of St. Vincent, was accused of witchcraft by her fellow citizens.Even though she helped and treated them with her herbal cures, they condemned her and burnt her at the stake in the backyard of Morosini-Grimani Castle. Three hundred years later, it was decided that Mare deserves another opportunity for a new life. That is why, with the help of new technology, we brought her spirit back to life by giving her a new home in the House of Mare the Witch, a visitor centre.During this journey, you can try your hand at virtual archery (HTC Vive) and become a knight defending a castle from an invasion of hostile knights, all fully rendered in 3D. The story continues even after you leave the house. You enter a new adventure wearing augmented reality glasses (Microsoft Hololens), whose content is based on the legend of an unknown knight. With the AR glasses, you can navigate through St. Vincent in search of the lost equipment of the unknown knight. You will be led by the voice of a guide, who will tell you about the places where you can collect the missing items.
