Core
Core is a platform for fitness instructors to connect with their communities by uploading on-demand videos of their classes onto their own personalized, multi-platform applications. No more excuses to avoid working out: pick your favorite trainer and routine type, and get down to business! You can choose the workout that fits you and your schedule, and you can do it from the comfort of your own home. You can even take it to the TV via Chromecast or AirPlay. The client already had an internal engineering team but needed to build the iOS version of their product fast. They needed an agency that had experience working with external teams, making sure the developers from each team could communicate properly and work together seamlessly. Having worked with dozens of early-stage startups in full growth mode, we understood exactly what they needed and decided to take on this challenge! Although the client already had an internal engineering team, they needed to speed up the development process, as they intended to have a fully functional app by Q1 2021. In order to do so, we brought along a couple of our most senior iOS engineers to help. They started by focusing on the key features the founders wanted to have, but eventually, the scope expanded beyond that of a traditional MVP and resulted in the amazing app the company recently released as a first version. After six months of working together in developing and testing the app, Core released the initial version of their product in March 2021, and the app is now available to all fitness instructors looking to personalize their approach and reach a wider audience through a multi-platform approach!

Paulina is really a dreamer, that’s the best way to define her. After losing a dear friend in a traffic incident, she set out to reduce the number of car accidents involving bikes. The most popular navigation apps are usually designed for drivers, and the roads they suggest are usually not the top choice for cyclists. Paulina’s goal was to build an app that would prioritize not only safety but also distance when suggesting a road. Developing a navigation app that could include these features would be no easy task. There were not many frameworks available that could provide this data - already digested - so we had to implement several of the algorithms needed for Bikelite to actually fulfill its purpose. Beyond that, and apart from solving these navigation issues, Bikelite sought to generate a sense of community among cyclists. After reviewing several frameworks, we went for Mapbox for the navigation part of the app. It was a novel framework at the time, and we thought it was the best option for this particular project. When it came to generating a sense of ´community´, we brought to the table our background in social networking applications.Bikelite has won several awards, both in Latin America (where it originated) and in Europe. As of today, it has more than 10,000 users who come to the app on a daily basis, generating more than 30,000 trips every day. The project managed to really bring the cyclist community together, as they collaborate by reporting accidents and disruptions on the road, as well as organizing events to raise awareness of the issues they face.
Convex, a company that operates in the HVAC industry, provides a secure platform designed specifically to leverage a powerful combination of geographic data and easy-to-use software, enabling organizations to transform into efficient, winning teams. Atlas, their flagship product, is a CRM that enables companies in the commercial services industry to improve their sales processes and close more deals. The client was looking to develop the iOS version of their Atlas CRM, designed for sales technicians to plan their daily visiting schedules, as they are able to see the kind of HVAC equipment each building has in a specific area by using the aerial views available in the platform. Through their AI integrations, Atlas also allows users to identify the brand and model of the equipment, thus enabling them to better target their potential clients. Upon request from the client, we handled the entire development process of the iOS app, from the UX/UI design to the app store rollout. Since they had an existing CRM, we had to plan what would be the best way to replicate the existing things while turning them into a mobile experience effectively.By using Atlas, sales reps can maximize their productivity and engage in shorter sales cycles, thus increasing the possibility to close a larger number of deals with more qualified leads than they would be able to generate without the product. The app combines three main tools: the salesperson location; an extensive, machine learning-powered, proprietary database of HVAC equipment per building; and a powerful set of filters that allows users to view results and add tags as they please.
Dauber means construction efficiency at its best! This platform connects dump trucks with constructors to transport construction leftovers in a way that’s efficient for both the truck fleets and the end customer. It also allows people to buy, pay, and find construction supplies. Throughout the process, they got extra funding, participated in several events, won a Caterpillar-sponsored contest, and more!
